ABOUT US

Through the transformative power of visual art, Ten Talents Network crafts experiences that go beyond the ordinary, sparking connection, creativity, and meaningful change. At the heart of this movement is founder Ena Nearon, a dynamic leader with a passion for turning concepts into reality. A visionary force, dedicated to bringing together clients, artists, and communities, she creatively curates art exhibits, fundraising events and project management solutions that inspire connection.
Ena's dedication to art as a transformative vehicle for empowerment extends beyond event management. She has collaborated with celebrated regional, national, and internationally known visual artists like Jimi Jones, Carin Hebenstreit, Cedric Cox, Margot Gotoff, Robert O'Neal, Suzanna Terrill, Mary Barr Rhodes, and Deborah Dixon, proudly showcasing their work.
Ten Talents Network is more than a service provider—it’s a reflection of Ena’s exceptional ability to envision, plan, and execute standout events. Her track record includes project managing the 2nd and 3rd Annual Cincinnati Health Gap Expos, which drew over 4,000 attendees, the 2nd Annual Cincinnati Chinese Chamber New Year’s Gala, and the nationally recognized Jabez Event—a financial exposition led by televangelist T.D. Jakes at The Potter’s House in Dallas, Texas, with more than 3,500 guests.

Ena’s strategic leadership has also elevated major fundraising events like “Taste of Duveneck” and the celebrated “Art in Bloom Gala” at the Cincinnati Art Museum, where she served as Senior Event Manager. Her gift for uniting people, purpose, and planning is evident in every production she leads.

Ena’s leadership has been recognized far and wide, with the *Yellow Springs News* recently highlighting her ability to amplify underrepresented voices in the art world, noting that she is "bridging the gap between art and empowerment."
In addition to her curatorial work, Ena served on the Yellow Springs Public Arts and Culture Commission. She was the Programming Committee Chairperson for the Ohio Arts Advisory Group of the National Museum of Women in the Arts. She also remains deeply involved in her community as a member of the Yellow Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Yellow Springs Art Council, and the 365 Project Non-Profit organization. At her core, Ena believes that art is a catalyst for transformation, igniting change and connecting us all in the spirit of humanity.
